The staff of the structure is at your complete disposal to solve any type of problem that may arise and to help or advise you to discover our territory in the best possible way.
This "vadevecum" contains all the information on the policies and rules of the structure, on the services provided and the information that could be useful for visiting Mandello del Lario and Lake Como, the main villages to visit and its attractions.
However, we remain at your disposal to help you in the event that the information you requested is not contained therein.
Maji Como Lake
POLICIES, RULES AND SERVICES OF THE STRUCTURE
Check-in is from 15.00 to 19.00
Check-out must be done by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Access to the accommodation facility Maji Como Lake and its appurtenances is forbidden to all outsiders and unauthorized persons.
It is required to observe appropriate behavior to ensure that the rest of the other guests is not disturbed, including tone of voice, slamming doors or other kind of noise.
It is forbidden to leave any type of clothing in the common areas.
We also ask you not to leave waste of any kind including organic waste in the outdoor areas, solarium, swimming pool and rear garden. Please use the waste collection bins.
Video surveillance
As per the billboards displayed, we remind you that the structure is subject to video surveillance for reasons of public safety.
Apartment keys:
You were provided with a set of keys which includes the pedestrian gate key, the driveway gate remote control, the main entrance key to the building, the apartment key.
From the moment they are delivered to you, you have full custody of them.
In case of loss, we authorize ourselves to charge the cost for the replacement of the keys.
Heating system / air conditioners:
The heating system is autonomous but, as required by law, it is generally switched on around October 15th of each year, with special exceptions.
The air conditioning is also autonomous and you have your own remote control to regulate the temperature.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask you not to leave the devices on when you are not in the facility.
Wifi connection:
Each apartment is equipped with a personal router for unlimited use with fast connection, optical fiber.
The access passwords are located on the router in the living area.
Private parking:
The internal parking is free, parking is allowed for a total of 4 cars. One parking space for each apartment.
Should you arrive with more than one car in front of the structure, there are 6 totally free seats without a parking disc.
Swimming pool and solarium:
The pool is an inground skimmer pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests, therefore it is NOT ALLOWED ACCESS to external people.
We ask you to respect the rules you find on the sign displayed in the solarium area near the shower. We also remind you that the blue pool towels that have been supplied to you are to be used only inside the structure.
Garden:
The entire outdoor area surrounding the structure is shared with all the other guests.
Please do not leave personal items in the areas if you are not using the deck chairs and tables.
City tax:
The city tax is € 1.00 per person per night up to 7 consecutive nights. Children up to and including 8 years do not pay the tax.
The amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-out.
Final cleaning:
€ 50.00 Mandello and Lierna apartments
€ 70.00 Bellagio and Varenna apartment
The amount must be paid at check-out, preferably in cash.
Reception:
At the reception you can have the following services:
- book transfers to and from airports or other destinations
-buy tickets for public navigation
-evaluation of itineraries in Mandello del Lario and Lake Como
- restaurant reservations
- purchase of tickets for museums and other attractions
-Request laundry service
- extra cleaning service required
- purchase of plane or train tickets
- reservations and evaluations of experiences to be done in the area with local experts
At the reception you will find our shop, where you can buy colorful handmade silk kaftans, clutches, flip flops or wonderful handmade and hand painted resin jewels. They are all strictly handmade objects and unique pieces!
If, on the other hand, you would like to take home with you a memory of maji como lake you can buy our very soft 100% cotton bathrobes.

116 117 is the single national number to request assistance, services or non-urgent health advice. Just call 116 117 to contact the Continuity Assistance service (formerly the Medical Guard) or the Tourist Medical Guard wherever you are in the region. The service, active from Monday to Friday from 20:00 to 8:00 and on holidays and the day before holidays 24 hours a day, will start from 20 July in Lombardy

Mandello railway station:
The train station is only 100 meters on foot from Maji Como Lake, after exiting the gate you have to go to the right and continue along the slightly uphill road. At the top on the right you will find a newsstand where you can buy train tickets. The station is exactly across the street.

In questo “vademecum” sono contenute tutte le informazioni sulle politiche e regole della struttura, sui servizi erogati oltre alle informazioni che le potrebbero essere utili nella visita di Mandello del Lario e del Lago di Como, dei principali borghi da visitare e delle sue attrazioni.
Restiamo, comunque, a sua disposizione per aiutarla nel caso in cui le informazioni da Lei richieste non fossero in esso contenute.

POLITICHE, REGOLE e SERVIZI DELLA STRUTTURA
Il check-in si effettua dalle 15.00 alle 19.00
Il Check-out va effettuato entro le h 10.00 del giorno della partenza.
È vietato l'accesso alla struttura ricettiva ed alle sue pertinenze a tutti i soggetti estranei e non autorizzati
Si richiede di osservare un comportamento consono a far si che non venga disturbato il riposo degli altri ospiti , compreso tono di voce, lo sbattere di porte e schiamazzi di altro genere.
E’ vietato lasciare nelle aree comuni qualsiasi tipo di indumento.
Chiediamo inoltre di non lasciare rifiuti di qualsiasi tipo compresi rifiuti organici nelle zone esterne, solarium, piscina e giardino retrostante. Siete pregati di utilizzare i bidoni della raccolta rifiuti.
Video sorveglianza
Come da cartellonistica esposta vi ricordiamo che la struttura è sottoposta a video sorveglianza per motivi di pubblica sicurezza.
Chiavi dell'appartamento:
In dotazione vi è stato dato un mazzo di chiavi che comprende chiave del cancello pedonale, telecomando cancello carraio, chiave entrata principale dello stabile, chiave dell'appartamento.
Dal momento in cui vi vengono consegnate avete la piena custodia delle stesse.
In caso di smarrimento ci autorizziamo ad effettuare l'addebito del costo per il rifacimento delle chiavi.
Impianto riscaldamento/condizionatori:
L'impianto di riscaldamento è autonomo ma come previsto dalla legge l'accensione si effettua generalmente intorno al 15 Ottobre di ogni anno salvo eccezioni particolari.
L'aria condizionata è anch'essa autonoma e avete il Vs. telecomando per regolarne la temperatura.
Vi chiediamo gentilmente per questioni di sicurezza di non lasciare accesi i dispositivi quando non siete in struttura.
Connessione WI-FI:
Ogni appartamento è dotato di router personale ad uso illimitato con connessione veloce, fibra ottica.
Le password di accesso si trovano sul router nella zona giorno.
Parcheggio interno:
Il parcheggio interno è gratuito, è consentito il parcheggio ad un totale di 4 auto. Un posto auto per ogni appartamento.
Qualora doveste arrivare con più di un’auto davanti alla struttura ci sono 6 posti totalmente gratuiti senza disco orario.
Piscina e solarium:
La piscina è una piscina interrata a skimmer ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti quindi NON è CONSENTITO L’ACCESSO a persone esterne.
Vi chiediamo di rispettare le regole che trovate sul cartello esposto nell’ area solarium vicino alla doccia.
Ricordiamo inoltre che i teli blu per la piscina che vi sono stati dati in dotazione sono da usare solo all’interno della struttura.
Giardino:
Tutta l’area esterna che circonda la struttura è in condivisione con tutti gli altri ospiti.
Siete pregati di non lasciare oggetti personali nelle zone se non state usufruendo delle sdraio e dei tavoli.
Tassa di soggiorno:
La tassa di soggiorno è pari a € 1,00 per persona a notte fino a 7 notti consecutive. I bambini fino a 8 anni compresi non pagano la tassa.
L’importo va erogato in contanti al momento del check-out.
Pulizia finale:
€ 50,00 appartamenti Mandello e Lierna
€ 70,00 appartamento Bellagio e Varenna
L’importo va saldato al momento del check-out, preferibilmente in contanti.

Presso la reception troverete il nostro shop, dove potrete acquistare dei coloratissimi kaftani in seta realizzati a mano, pochette, infradito oppure dei meravigliosi gioielli realizzati e dipinti a mani in resina. Sono tutti oggetti rigorosamente realizzati a mano e pezzi unici!
Se invece voleste portare a casa con voi un ricordo di maji como lake potrete acquistare i nostri morbidissimi accappatoi 100% cotone.

Il 116 117 è il numero unico nazionale per richiedere assistenza, prestazioni o consigli sanitari non urgenti. Basterà chiamare il numero 116 117 per contattare il servizio di Continuità Assistenziale (ex Guardia medica) o la Guardia Medica Turistica ovunque ci si trovi nel territorio regionale. Il servizio, attivo dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 20:00 alle 8:00 e nei giorni festivi e prefestivi 24 ore su 24, partirà dal 20 luglio sul territorio lombardo
